Why does the application process feel like I''m getting questioned for things that dont matter? only things missing was maiden name and a blood signature to commit my oath to this apparent cult. For god sakes, just GIVE ME A QUOTE!!! dont question my life choices. You arent hvac specialists so STAY IN YOUR LANE!
We have been with this company over 10yrs. When we first bought our house, Sis talked us in to buying our own tank. And over the years, we could have gone with anyone to fill us, but this company has always been great to us! I have run out of propane once, in the last decade. They came out that day to refill us! Today we realized that our tank was on E. Called this morning and was filled a little after noon. I love this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!
Only complaint is this place has an extra fee for everything. Don't want this, there's a fee for that. Don't want to pay this way, there's a fee for that. Tank too low, you guessed it a fee for that as well.
The weather was terrible roads awful. They're a truck driver was trying to shove my truck down the road essentially. I asked him to back off with hand gestures that my truck was really squirrely. Instead of slow and down in the horible weather, he sped up and got closer to my truck for miles and miles a miles. I called the company. They hadn't done anything. They're gonna hurt somebody. Great. They are always nice and helpful. We ran out of propane last year (my fault) and they were very helpful and explained our options. They were able to come the next day in the early morning. I know that can't always happen but we are so greatful for their service. They have always been upfront with all fees and I feel they are very reasonable in price. Would definitely recommend!
