This organization constantly contacts patients by email, phone and text. They remind you to check in online in MyChart, then hound you incessantly to again check in with an MA who asks the EXACT SAME questions you've already verified in MyChart. I can see why they lost so much money previously, they're paying for duplicative work, and not fully utilizing the money they spend for MyChart.
If you want the attention you deserve, go elsewhere. After 2 recent open hearts for an aortic dissection, my cardiologist suggested seeing someone for my anxiety. I was referred to this office by Honor Health. I met with Martina Murialdo on 5/6/2020. Had a terrible experience, it was clear she was just rushing through our appt so she could move on to the next.
