Been living here for a few years now. Management has changed a few times but overall it’s been quiet and we’ve enjoyed our little place. We moved here to spend the same monthly amount (between HOA and loan) as renting an apartment but able to have our privacy and easily park our cars. They recently switched over to online autopay instead of checks which is great! I think manufacturered homes are a great option nowadays.

We bought our home two years ago and absolutely love living here. Very quiet community and friendly people. Bryan the park owner has been so kind and helpful with anything we needed.
We were just visiting a we had lived here about 37 years ago. It seemed the same, quite. The lake seemed bigger. They have picnic tables now and places to sit by the lake/ pond.
