Been living here for a few years now. Management has changed a few times but overall it’s been quiet and we’ve enjoyed our little place. We moved here to spend the same monthly amount (between HOA and loan) as renting an apartment but able to have our privacy and easily park our cars. They recently switched over to online autopay instead of checks which is great! I think manufacturered homes are a great option nowadays.
Looks nice
We bought our home two years ago and absolutely love living here. Very quiet community and friendly people. Bryan the park owner has been so kind and helpful with anything we needed.
