I came in with excruciating pain to where I was doubled over in a wheelchair for 20 minutes in the waiting room and the waiting room was empty... I understood if they needed the rooms, however no one checked on me after they sat me in the waiting room... Also the doctor that I had was very condescending and dismissive of the previous report I gave regarding a referral I had to a surgeon for possible upcoming surgery for a gallstone and he spoke to me as if I was a child because I couldn't point to where my gallbladder was. I always have the best care
It was wonderful! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and kind and professional. It was very quick. I did not have to wait long and they gave me wonderful & thorough care. I give Johnson Memorial and all the staff five stars.
Great experience. Erin in the ER was so comforting and the dr was explaining wjat he was going ro do and what he found. I always have had a good experience there
