Really felt like he listened to my concerns and answered them in a way that was understandable. Gave a clear path forward and made it clear that we would find answers.
When Urology of Indiana scheduled a surgery for me at JMH I thought this won't go well. I had kidney stones removed by Dr Orr. I feel I got the best care by all the nurses and staff and Dr Orr. Being a long time resident of Johnson county, friends, and family members and I would never go there. Everybody has there stories. But this experience was great. A Shout to Nurse Jade. Your Awesome
My doctor decided to leave J M health practice, while he had given advanced notice, I incure many problems getting my regular maintenance drugs renewed for refills. I finally had to schedule visits with another clinic just for refills That cost me time & extra dollars. I was very very surprised and disappointed on how they treat patients. Surprised that they really didn't seem to care after many years . I would never recommend them in the future.
I just want to say thank you to all the ladies in the emergency rooms last night. They were all just wonderful, kind and helpful. I am most thankful for the receptionist who I can't remember her name but she is wonder women to me and my daughter.
Terrible 3rd floor, staff will keep patients up at night by being loud all hours, staff is not "courteous".
