Lackadaisical. My Fiancé had a second degree burn to her ankles/feet, identified by a skin specialist. Also consulted a pharmacist. Recommendation by Johnson Memorial was “Tylenol , ibuprofen, and aloe vera” ( should you take both? Should you take one? All at once?) . . . The bed side manner was 1:10 on a scale of x:10. Very disappointed .
Took my husband to the ER 2/10/25 . He had fallen and had wounds on leg & elbow. He takes blood thinners so he needed to get checked out. We were greeted and checked in immediately by nice lady and taken back in wheelchair by nice young man. Dr.Peggs and nurse Kaitlyn took very good care of him very efficiently and promptly even though they had many patients. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience
Johnson Memorial Hospital has been amazing for both emergency and primary care!
