this should not be called a hospital. It is not about the patients. It is not about the care just how much money that they can collect. The ER does not listen to the patient and do not complain as the higher authorities do not listen either. The Drs say go to ER and the ER says go to Drs office. You just cannot get any help. very sad for everyone except the ones collecting the money.
Staff was very rude and racist. I’ve never felt so unwelcomed and upset before
Rude staff. Critical Care unit was unprofessional. They didn't clean up IV bags & other trash, left on the floor, counter & bed . They sent my wife home with an IV still in her arm, which we have to go back to have removed, which they told me on the phone that I can do myself. They ignored her simple needs for something to drink. They were mad that I spoke up about their negligence, released her the next day while I was at work to my teenage daughters, which was too early. The wait in the evenings is appalling. I know it gets busy but patients need to be taken care of in a timely manner. Sitting here for almost three hours is way too much time.
