No one answers the phone
They don't know how to accommodate ppl with severe memory issues. They would rather just kick you out of the practice, especially if you are on disability insurance.
Roxy- receptionist in office at Johnson Memorial had me taken off doctor Kavelman’s patient list in the middle of the pandemic in 2020 when I needed to reschedule a prescription refill appointment. I had seen Kavelman for close to 6 years. She flagrantly wrote in my medical reports that I was “too high” to make it to my doctor’s appointment when I simply just didn’t have a ride to make it to my appointment. This is the most rude experience I received from all the stuff I had to endure medically. I came to Johnson Memorial hoping for another opinion and better healthcare but it seems the same everywhere in Indiana. If you are a woman with dense breast be ready to receive the run around and go through hell just to know what is wrong. I know my insurance covers at least three opinions and I deserve that much but I get put down for trying. I guess I will have to give up and whatever happens will happen.
