Tried to call and schedule a new paitent Dr. appointment. This Office NEVER answers their phone. Left a voicemail and received a callback. I missed the call because I am at work. I called back with in 10 min only to a voicemail. Never received a call back.
Had blood work done to check my sugar levels. Their range is 71-100 (5.6-6.5) Mine was 109/ 5.6 after researching and speaking with others, I'm told this "could be" signs of prediabeaties. This was not brought to my attention in anyway what so ever. Talk about feeling violated and overlooked. Wow just wow.
I have been very happy with my care and experience here!
No one answers the phone
They don't know how to accommodate ppl with severe memory issues. They would rather just kick you out of the practice, especially if you are on disability insurance.
