Johnson Medical Practice is an absolute disgrace when it comes to communication and patient care. I have repeatedly called regarding an ongoing prescription query, and every single time I have spoken to a doctor or receptionist, I have received conflicting answers. The lack of consistency and professionalism is shocking—it’s as if they make it up as they go along. They do not make any effort to help their patients in any way, shape, or form. Sat waiting , it was very cold in the waiting room . Have they turned the heating off ?? Carpets are fraying . When I was walking to the Dr's room the handle was taped with a brown tape .
There hasn't been a doctor even in the building for 4 years. Ergo, it's no longer a doctors surgery.
