What a difference a second visit makes. Johnson Mechanical replaced a coil under a third party warranty contract a month or so ago. Great job so when the second air conditioner wasn't cooLing who would you call. What a mistake when I got the bill. $433.35 for cleaning the coil. $130 for materials that were never used. Only product was an acid cleaning solution by admission of the new technician. After the first visit I had recommended them at least twice. I have since called these folks back. I called this company at 12:30 am on a very cold night our heatpump had quit completely. They responded to my call within one hour. They found a defective circuit breaker they replaced it and had my family warm within 45 minutes. Very courteous service man. I highly recommend this company.
