Best dermatologist I've ever been to! Dr. Johnson was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time going over everything I was unfamiliar with as a new patient. She made me feel very comfortable and took time to answer all of my questions. She even created a personalized notepad with all of her treatment recommendations for me! I will be sending all of my friends to her and even look forward to my next appointment, instead of the usual dread I have with doctors.
Great dermatologist and would recommend to my own parents! If I could give 6 stars, I would.
I canceled my future appointment and will be finding another dermatologist. The whole experience was extremely rushed and lacked customer service. As a new patient, standard check in procedures like getting my blood pressure/weight were skipped, and there was no baseline skin exam for a first time patient. They rushed me in and out.
