Great experience. Explains every planning step in a way that is easy to understand without needless lawyer jargon. I felt they were most concerned with making sure I received the perfect individualized estate planning for my circumstances. Everyone was prompt with return calls and answers to questions. Crystal absolutely went above and beyond to be so very helpful. She is a total delight to speak with. Great experience.
