Dr Goubert is a disgusting so called Dr. she is more of a drug dealer. Lamprey should be closed down by the DEA.

Great place to go if you are looking for hard drugs. Go see Dr Goubert. She hands out oxy and morphine like they are candy. She should be arrested for making druggies out of people.
