We rented from Dave Martin from Dickson realtys sparks location and I have to say I have never seen such poor service from any property manager. He is rude and unprofessional and a flat out lier and has excuses for everything. He evades every question you ask him. The keys were not given to us on the scheduled time. Upon moving in to the house it was nasty. Showers had grime in them. Baseboards were coming off the wall and breaking at corners in the laundry room.
