I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a used car from Johnson Lexus of Durham and was very lucky to have gotten a call back on my inquiry from Neal Harrington who along with Abdul made the entire process smooth and easy. My experience with Johnson Lexus of Durham has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I expected a premium customer experience from a luxury dealership, but instead dealt with inconsistency, poor communication, and a lack of competence at nearly every step. The sales process alone took over a month, with constant back and forth through texts and phone calls, sometimes multiple times a day. Great service Excellent experience
Bought a car from them over 2 months ago temp plate is expired never received a permanent plates, they refuse to give me a new temp plate. I had called them 10 days before the temp plate expired asking about the plate and they told me they need more info from me but didn't call me or ask me for the info. Now I been driving with an expired plate for 10 days and still trying to get my perm plate. They are even purposely avoiding my calls and when I leave voice mail they don't respond.
