Not considerate of local residents during construction... many times cannot even get out of my driveway or get garbage picked up due to construction vehicles blocking passage :( i would give them a -5 if it was available.
This company was contracted by Logan City to do work near my home. They have been a pain to work around. No communication with the local residents whatsoever. However, recently when I went to them about a major issue i had, they worked to get it resolved which is why they earned a 3 star in the end.

Had the worst experience with their office. Had an issue with a driver that couldn't get his truck in position and the concrete hardened in the chute and hopper, told customer service and they yelled at me, blamed me and charged me for another truck to finish the next day plus additional short load fee and doubled the charge instead of helping to fix things...
