Always getting the run around. I have been with JLG for 3 years now and have heard they were getting close to a settlement agreement to not getting any emails answered or call backs.
This firm has been working on my case for at least 2 years. I was informed in the beginning that it could take up to 3 to 4 years to settle. I have been contacted atleast 3 times this year via email or telephone, which is a good thing. Waiting patiently, hoping the next phone call is to inform me that a settlement has been made in my favor. Always pleasant.
