We purchased a newly constructed home and was promised a yard we would be pleased with. As to date we are not pleased at all. There are more weeds than grass in the yard. They did not grade the yard to take in account rain wash or erosion control measures. We did not receive easy instructions on how or what measures we need to do for the yard - except to "water it a lot".
