After a really frustrating experience with another supplier, my wife and I went to Johnson Lab & Supply Inc and were blown away by the difference. Brent, Kevin, and Rex gave us honest, straightforward advice without trying to upsell or take advantage of our situation. They were fair with pricing and genuinely helpful. You’re not going to find a better staff than these guys! These guys go above and beyond with their customer service. They’ve helped my wife and I out tremendously with our large project. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were so wonderful to my husband and I while we were running our water line to our home. Truly helpful in every way possible from figuring out the best sizing to helping us find items we need. The best experience with a business I think I have ever had. I will always use these guys and recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing supplies!

Highly recommend this company. Came in yesterday to get pricing on some material and everyone there was attentive and did everything they could to help us with our situation. Extremely helpful crew 30 mins before closing on a Friday. Had a water leak off the main, was able to make us a new fitting to get us back up and running. So appreciative.
