Attempted to schedule service 20 plus times over a 3 day period, no one answers the phone, and the one time I did I was greeted with an extremely rude employee who put me on hold and never came back..... I encourage anyone planning on dealing with this place to go elsewhere..... I also attempted to purchase a car here a few months ago, and I was left to wander around the lot looking for a salesman. How is this place still in business???
I had a great experience with Stefano. I walked in asking for a 1st service and he got me in with no hesitation. He was professional and informative and extremely personable. Nothing but great things to say.
Review update. I scheduled an appointment with the service department mid December to have my vehicle dropped off over night for the technician. I received a call in the morning the next day stating that I never confirmed my appointment that I don’t have an appointment. Estefono never scheduled my appointment!!! Now my vehicle is not going to be looked at until God knows when. This man proceeds to keep talking doesn’t acknowledge his mistake and takes no accountability for it. This is the 2nd half of my review - 1st half is on Johnson Kia Service Center - Google wouldn't let me post 2 reviews in the same place) I did not hear from anyone all week, so I called them on Friday morning (they had my car 4 full days at this point). I told the person that answered the phone who I was and wanted to check on the status of my service.
