Called here on a referral for a job and I also needed a couple things done to my car Ray answers the phone. He seemed very disconnected and it got worse as the call progressed he started repeating similar questions. He almost sounded drunk. He had some in the shop with it sounded like he spoke with that person for a couple seconds then got back on the phone and didn't seem to be able to transition properly like he needed a reminder as to what we were talking about. I desperately needed 2 front tires and they sold me 2 tires and had them on in 20 minutes!!! And they were very reasonable on the price!!
We live in Cleveland, but would rather bring our cars here to Ray and the team at Keystone every time. When I have problems they have come through, found the time to take care of my car, always professional, always courteous and always with a smile! Thank you.
