Living on a property, a lot of our parcels come through Johnson and Kennedy. Over the last 3 years they have lost parcels (the longest being for 2 months after receiving it in their “care”), have not notified us that items are in their possession but are then rude and abrupt on the phone when trying to figure out where a parcel might be or to organise delivery and never make phone calls to us when they do eventually find our parcels to organise delivery, as they promise. I had a parcel delivered to me by DAI post and Team express global however they wouldn’t redirect my parcel. Anthea at J&K helped me redirect this parcel to my correct address! It did take time however in the end she did a great job and was very patient and helped me resolve the issue and thankfully I didn’t have to travel 6 hours to get my package!

Live in Walcha and they constantly lose parcels and will not notify you when they receive one of your parcels. When all other companies bring the parcels to walcha and drop at linmacs or walcha vets supplies without an issue
