We were expecting a delivery of two items from the one order. One was delivered, the other was taken back to the depot. We were home at the time, so we’re not sure why the second item was not left as well. There were no other attempts to deliver it. Eventually, I had to go to the depot to collect it.
Second, unfortunate experience with this company. In the middle of the CBD, but it seems it is an optional extra to have anything delivered. Not even a message or a note. Not on Thursday, not on Friday.
It is a great place, amazing service and the people are always helpful
I have, unfortunately, had three parcels handled by Johnson and Kennedy and every one I've had to pick up from them. The first one they didn't deliver because it was "too big" (about the size of a microwave). The second was because the front gate was shut. This time, it was because they don't deliver out of town. And they only send you one text about it, from a number that's also used by scammers.
I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful
