Just a very caring and wonderful group of doctors and nurses ❤️
It's no longer health care anymore with any of these doctor offices. This place made me seek help elsewhere for so many reasons. 1. The front desk staff is awful. They're not friendly and they do not provide any information. If they do give you information, you always have somebody that doesn't tell you the complete information. 2. When I first set up an appointment with this place I was trying to get a primary care doctor with my insurance. Doctor was great. Front desk is terrible. First, a month and a half to schedule an appointment to see my doctor. During an appointment my doctor was out sick and no one informed me. Took time off work to go to this scheduled appointment to find out she was not there. I rescheduled for a later date. During that time I went through a job change and did not have the new insurance card. I told them I would have it within a week. I refrain from writing negative reviews. I feel it’s important to address my experience. Dr. Spencer is a wonderful provider who has turned in the correct prescription and dose promptly and accurately. Unfortunately, the other nurse practitioner I saw, did not. It took 1 month after I saw the provider for her to send in my prescription, INCORRECTLY. Here I sit waiting for the provider and medical assistant to communicate clearly so that my prescription can be sent in on time and correctly. I don’t understand why this is diff... read more
