I am writing to express my profound disappointment, frustration, and outrage over the mean, rude, disingenuous, and blatantly dishonest treatment I received at your office. This was one of the most demoralizing and insulting experiences I have ever had in seeking medical care. It's no longer health care anymore with any of these doctor offices. This place made me seek help else where for so many reasons. 1. The front desk staff is awful. They're not friendly and they do not provide any information, if they do give you information, you always have somebody that doesn't tell you the complete information. 2. When I first set up an appointment with this place I was trying to get a primary care doctor through my insurance. For some reason the girl set me up with just the weight loss program which is no... read more
Dr. Reynolds is thorough, thoughtful and kind. The staff are helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend!
Good luck getting anyone on the phone. Oh, and when you do be ready to get treated rudely. I have been calling for two days and continuously pushed into voicemail to leave a message. They have caller ID and if you call too much or bug them they purposely will put you into voicemail and not take your call. If this happens block your number and call back and see what happens. The provider I see hasn’t been friendly the last few visits. Seemed super rushed and short with me. I really don’t think anyone cares.
