It's no longer health care anymore with any of these doctor offices. This place made me seek help else where for so many reasons. 1. The front desk staff is awful. They're not friendly and they do not provide any information, if they do give you information, you always have somebody that doesn't tell you the complete information. 2. When I first set up an appointment with this place I was trying to get a primary care doctor through my insurance. It is sad to make this review as someone whose gone here for years, but after so many months of the most horrific service I've seen of a rude unhelpful front office if you're even able to reach them, enough is enough. To the manager if you even exist at this establishment, you're letting your front office staff run this place into the ground.

Used to be a great medical business (emphasis on business), but things have changed. I tried multiple times to communicate with the staff there about a critical prescription issue, but every time I tried I was forced to either used an automated system or leave a message with someone completely unrelated to my care. I guess they achieved peak automation because I couldn't even get the manager to contact me. If you value communication, this may not be the best place to service your health care needs. Moving on.
