The center itself is great but yesterday I saw a provider who was dismissive, curt, rude and didn't use gloves when touching an abscess. Very poor care- Autumn Gardner, NP, gave me 5 minutes of her time grudgingly- and she was training a new NP ! Still trying to get care for an infected abscess!!
they failed to put per day on a prescription 4 times and sent it to the wrong pharmacy. i called them several times and told them CVS on vista and to put how many times per day as the pharmacy rejected it because it said take one by mouth but not have many times per day. they kept sending the same wrong prescription and i gave up on it. i am finding a new doctor.
Caring and understanding front office staff, medical assistants, and Dr Spencer Johnson is one of the best doctors I've seen in my 60 years. I'm blessed to have found him and his staff. Very easy appointment process and easy check in.
Everyone is so kind and professional. Autumn is very professional and explains things in such a manner that make you feel seen and heard. She's very compassionate and so are the medical assistants. They truly are all a great team.
