STEER CLEAR of these attorneys. David Johnson took four years to do a probate that was only a little over $40,000 which HE took most of from a veteran passed on! Non of family got what was willed to them! UNWILLING to fight for your rights! without MORE MONEY. Extremely expensive, EVEN the judge said he charge more than he should have. Beware!
Might excel at administration but not to be used for contesting wills Johnson & Johnson committed malpractice in their representation on a will contest in my mother's probate. I have a list of 24 points but most egregiously- 1. Did not cite relevant laws in the initial objections, in fact stated falsehoods about such statutes, bumping it up to appeal and increasing their percentage. 2.
