Kenvue IS NOT Johnson & Johnson and DOES NOT deserve to use the J&J name on its products. I called them with an issue re: J&J baby powder and they simply DID NOT CARE, nor did they did try to resolve it until I demanded to speak with a Supervisor. Horrible. Not at all the reputable company that J&J used to be.

I called them regarding a defective pump on a product and instead of sending me a pump or a coupon for a new one they sent me three - five dollar coupons. The product cost $15.69 at ACME plus tax so I would have to buy 3 of them to get back and invite P. Diddy over and try to sell him two bottles. Thanks for nothing. I will not buy anything with your companies name on it!
