Had a very good experience with John and his helper. They didn't try to bait and switch or up-sell, like so many companies do when they run a sale. Hooked up a giant machine to my main duct and snaked my dryer vent. I just put in a new HVAC so I didn't need any services offered regarding the plenum box or air handler. They took pics/video and advised me of other services they offer. I would definitely recommend them
