THIS IS THE WORST COMAPNY VERY MIS-LEADING PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR JOHNSON&JOHNSON TAMI IN ACCOUNTING VERY DAMM RUDE. ALSO RAFAEL WHO ALSO MISLEAD ON A DISPUTE I AM FILING WITH BBB ON CHARGING ME A RENEWAL FEE OF $50. AND A INSPECTION FEE OF $30. ITS SAD THAT THE THREE PEOPLE WITH THAT TRANFEERED ME TO CHARLENEWAS FOUR. SAD PART IS I AM A VETERAN. NEVER RECOMMNED THIS COMOANY

My claim was filed in April of 2022 and has still not been resolved. They act like they have to send everything by boat because it is going to London (as they told me). All of these insurance companies are paid because it is added to the mortgage so, they are not worried about service. They put you off, they send you t the wrong person - anything to delay. If you have Johnson & Johnson - get your policy out and review it carefully (they do anything and everything to NOT Pay for what you need done). Worst insurance and ser... read more

Quite possibly the worse customer service I’ve experienced. Never really needed to file a claim but if your are looking for timely service and clear communication, this is not the firm for you. Over 60 days since claim filed. Multiple calls, never any follow up, no accountability...ugh. You can lump their 3rd party adjuster in there as well. Run.

Find no means would I ever refer you all to anyone that I know. I filed a claim in March of 2020 and then I receive a letter from you all stating that you're not going to renew my policy for the next year. You were continue to renew my policy every year if they are no claims filed but as soon as you fowley claim you no longer want to have a relationship with the customer. Worst Ins company I have ever dealt with on a claim. 6 weeks since claim and I’m the only one the has gotten anything done. Don’t waste your money dealing with this company. Save your money and headache. They will run you in circles.
