Saved $1400! I took my car to J&J because I was told it had a leaky head gasket and that I would need it fixed as soon as possible. J&J was the only place that could take my car quickly. They quoted me about $1600, which was cheaper than other places I had called. They had my car for about an hour when they called and said they found the leak and it wasn't the head gasket. Honest repair shop Johnson and Johnson My daughter took her car to Johnson and Johnson for a leaking head gasket as she was told by a different shop that was the problem. Johnson and Johnson estimated the cost of the repair to be 1600 hundred dolllars. Once they had the car they found that the problem was not the head gasket but it was the water outlet housing and that it would only cost app.200 dollars. Stand up guys & great service My Ford Taurus broke down in the middle of the night and I was stranded in Springfield. Kevin at Johnson & Johnson was extremely prompt about getting started on my vehicle. They were upfront about the issues and informed me that they didn't want to charge me to replace parts until the determined the main cause of the problem. where to begin... I took my car in for a simple oil change and walked out feeling like I might as well just replace anything and everything on it. The manager (Dave) quoted me $45 for an oil change and then proceeded to tell me that I needed my struts replaced and new tires. I HAD 4 BRAND NEW TIRES PUT ON 6 MONTHS AGO. They must be pretty desperate for business, but I wasn't desperate enough to fall for it. The entire building smelled of stale smoke and the bathroom was inexcusably disgusting.

Terrible Service! Avoid this company they overcharge. You might as well take it to the dealer in Springfield! They also push unnecessary service and/or parts to make a quick buck! After being ripped off I WILL NOT FALL FOR IT AGAIN! You shouldn't also.

Johnson & Johnson They are the best people that you can go to for the help that you need. In times of need they have helped me more then i could ever have asked for, really good caring people that mean a lot.
