Hurricane Ian curled our roof , the adjustor came out and said it was from the sun. The roof is only 3 years old and nothing was wrong until the winds blew from the hurricane. Plus we also had flood damage. The lady was very rude and told us nothing will be covered even though I have insurance and flood insurance.
Our insurance agent signed us up with these guys in error. We then e-signed a cancellation form that same day within 1 hour. We paid the policy in full at around $1,500 and it has been 35 days since we canceled/signed and we still haven't received our money. My next step is to make a complaint to the state attorney general.. They are either incompetent or willfully holding our money neither of which is acceptable.
