Jeff was nice enough to speak with on the phone. I felt I was in good competent and experienced hands. However, he went out of town on trips without telling me his client ahead of time, within the first few weeks of hiring him. He also didn't notify the court or opposing counsel of his vacation days. That put me at a legal disadvantage since he was unavailable and unresponsive when I needed him most when things occurred where time and detailed legal action responses were of the essence.
