We recently visited this hospital and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The doctors were knowledgeable, caring, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made us feel comfortable and well cared for Although our appointment was delayed and we had to wait longer than expected, the hospital made the experience much more pleasant. I am helping a client, whose PCP clearly shows Michael Angellio on their plan. The front office told us that, they only do Consierge service and they asked the client to change their PCP to Andrew Lelchuk so that they could provide care to the client. Client changed their PCP to Andrew Lelchuk and called back to the office again. Front office lady told that they do not work with HMO plans of this insurance, although the same office had directed them to this doctor. Dr Michael Angelilio deceived my father in to continually taking mRNA shot until I went in and asked him questions in front of father at which point he said you don’t have to take Covid shot anymore. I believe my father had five shots in total.

-1 . Unprofessional front desk. Rude receptionist, Susan. Talks down to callers with absolutely no compassion or patience to be in the medical environment. I understand that the clinic might be busy and that dealing with callers all day can be extremely challenging but wow, no words! Please do not forget that you are in a place of business to assist sick patients and families, kindness is free and goes a long way.
