Worst insurance company ever was in an accident they offered no assistance whatsoever
They do not send you a claims experience letter, ive been trying to get one from them for weeks to get new insurance. They have a duty to provide you one when you were insured with them. The report from CGI is just your history, does not confirm the status of the claim. And stated to me directly from CGI: If you're requesting a letter of experience LOE you will need to recieve that from your insurer as CGI does not provide this.
