I had a great experience updating some information my Insurance policy with Johnson. Valerie did an exceptional job answering any questions I had and making the necessary changes.
We agreed on an insurance plan for my car, after 2 weeks I get a letter in the mail explaining the insurance no longer covers collision. No change in rate just removed the only reason I have car insurance. Not a fan.
This review is for all everyone new to Canada, especially Ukrainians! Don't do business with this guys. They will charge you at least 3 times more than a decent insurance. If by chance you already insured with them, cancel, pay the cancelation fee, and you still save lots of cash. This place is garbage, should be closed down after paying back all the newcomers they scammed. Just go down the road to Millennium. Best rates ever and no headache. Millenium is the Best!
I was with Johnson for 20years. Had a hard time with covid. They chewed me up and spit me out so fast. Do not use this insurance company. They are horrible people. Will not work with you Can't wait for the generic.. "were sorry please give us a call and we'll be happy to discuss your account".
