I have been a client insurance for home and auto at least 10 yrs maybe but when i have a problem of frozen pipe they investigated and treated me like a we did it by purpose. We were out on holiday that time.. and so lots of questioning even my neighbor who we trusted to took care while we’re out..Until I told myself and my wife we surrender and we decided to cancel the claims. We paid ourselves the damaged. Its a bad experienced.
The level of service and commitment provided by Johnsons and my representative Time was unmatched. Was so easy and such a pleasure dealing with them once again for another year.
We have carried all of our policies through Johnson for several years. Our experience has been exemplary.
