Very unfortunate experience. I was a previous customer with this company and had a great experience. I only left do to a better combination offer with another company due to being a DND member. I recently called to have a quote on a brand new vehicle in hopes of returning as a customer. The male individual that I spoke to was exuding disinterest, annoyance and boredom.
