Was promised a discount if I stayed for five years as a costumer. Well guess what? After the renewal they literally decreased my insurance by 1 $!! When reached out to them the representative was not friendly and also advised me to get another car because my Honda Civic is somehow a high risk vehicle! What does that mean?
