If I could leave 0 stars, I would have. I left my employer in December and I am still being charged for benefits that ended 6 months ago!! I have been on the phone for 3 hours this morning being tossed back and forth. One even telling me "We don't have a billing department" This is 4 separate occasions I have tried calling. SO frustrating. It is 2025.... Do better.
Terrible service, horrible communication - they are happy to take your money and do nothing though. Overpriced and not worth a small fraction of what it costs.

Absolutely useless. They don’t understand the policy’s in place, after fighting (and paying insurance) for a year they realized their mistake, promised to rectify the situation. Only for me and my family to still be dealing with the same issues a year later. Their one job is to act as a buffer between our local & Canada life and they do a very poor job of it. Embarrassing really.
No debit machine. Cash or cheque only - get with the times. Arrived to pay and everyone was at a meeting had to wait half hour to make a payment.
