Dr johnson was very nice. I had a wisdom tooth extracted. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I had a very good experience and would use him again if needed. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely a great experience. Thank you!
I had the best experience ever today I had two teeth extracted by Dr.Johnson #16 and #17 and he made this process as smooth and easy as I could ever imagine I was nervous about being sedated and he assured me that everything would be okay we shared a few laughs and then I was out like a light woke up and everything was done so fast I said impossible lmaoooo
After a minute at Norman Johnson's office discussing X-rays,he started screaming at me claiming I interrupted him when I didn't. He actually walked in shaking and I was wondering what's the shaking about and will that affect the extraction. I later realized he walked in angry and found a reason to blame me. I then became quiet because I was so shocked and didn't know how to respond to a doctor screaming at me like that. That never happened in my life before for sure. WHY IS THIS DR. STILL WORKING. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. OH MY GOD!!!!Not Good!!!everyone in that office was ok ; BUt , objectively speaking, Dr. Johnson was not. Dr. Johnson's title needs to be removed. Dr.Johnson You lie to your patients and your behavior was horrifying. I planned on having a friend accompany me back home after oral procedure, but understandably, was told he cannot take me home; so, I had to reschedule appt.
