I had to wait over 30 mins just to pick up glasses! Not enough staff to handle a minimal amount of customers. Very poor customer service. But, I did note a few other employees sitting playing on their phone. Too occupied to assist their customers!
RecommendedTHE Best by far!!! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile and friendly voice. Ask numerous times if we understood everything being said and done throughout our 7 year old daughters exam. Very thorough examination from start to finish right down to sizing frame and lenses. HIGHLY recommended 💯
RecommendedDr. Johnson offered the most thorough eye exam that I have EVER received. He explained the glare that I am getting from mild cataracts and he went above and beyond to assure that my contact lense prescription was exact, changing out and trying s different lense in the process. In spite of it being at the end of his long workday, he took time with me to get it right. Thank you Dr. Johnson.
