I would have given a 5 stars rating if it were not for issues with the Finance manager. I bought a 2026 Venue and the sales consultant, Eduardo, was helpful and professional. However it took 6 days for the Finance manager to send me a copy of the signed contract and then she promised credits for disputed charges and I waited...Fortunately after 4 months and numerous calls and e-mails, Kelvin Irizarry stepped in and the credits were issued.
Excellent service of the people there and Jada Long who wrote my intake ticket. I have had such good dealings with these people in the past that I took my Ford to Shottenkirk Hyundai, even though there is such a thing as Shottenkirk Ford. (Nothing against the Ford people, I have had no dealings with them, I just like my experiences with this branch and so take all my cars there.) Thanks again!

Buying experience was good but after finalizing sale I asked why the front license plate wasn't on. They said it wasn't required in Texas (It IS!) They told me it was in the back of the car and it was not. They can't find my second plate and the salesperson is no longer there. Now they will not communicate with me and told me I need to figure it out with the DMV.
I found a 2020 Toyota Tacoma on HofA’s website, inquired about it, had a salesman reach out to my cellphone and discussed what I was looking for and the price range I was looking for, the sales rep called and texted me everyday for a week to make sure I was still coming to test drive the truck. We purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade from ALM Hyundai of Florence on June 15, 2026. Worked the entire deal over the phone and via text. I might add a fantastic deal. They gave me a very good deal on my trade in and I basically drove up from Charleston to test drive and finish the paperwork. My sales representative Christena Prones was so customer focused. Extremely disappointing experience. I called to inquire about the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 on their website I was contacted by Evelin with the quote. After getting a quote, Eduardo called me back about information on the car. I had requested a battery check on the car, and they told me they would call me back with more information including the paperwork I asked from them.
