I had a great experience working with Gustavo (senior) to purchase my new Tucson hybrid last week! I was interested in the Tucson, but I wasn't sure if I wanted the standard hybrid or plug-in hybrid version. Gustavo had me test drive both and explained the different trim levels and options. I ended up purchasing the hybrid limited and am so happy with my decision!
I went in for a routine oil service that was supposed to be covered under my warranty. During my visit, they attempted to upsell me on several recommended services that would have added a significant amount to my bill. I understand that upselling is part of business, but not when the services are not actually needed.
