I hope whoever is reading this sees all the other bad reviews and realizes that people aren’t just being rude, but that we all pray that these reviews are read before anyone else does business with them. My family had our hopes and dreams destroyed over a year long period. We first signed a contract last April to have a home built and Johnson homes promised completion by Christmas of 2017. To whom it may concern, I am writing this complaint in utter disgust of the financial torture I am currently going through with this company. I purchased my first home constructed by Johnson Homes. The house was built in 2014 and was brand new and had never been lived in. Last fall I started to notice odd things happening to my floor. A wet spot that would never go away.
