I just had a new roof and gutter covers installed by Johnson Home Improvement company. Three estimates were obtained. Called them about flat roof in East Capitol Hill District. Met them next day onsite, went up on roof together and discussed the status of current 20+ year old granular bitumen roof which was not leaking yet but showing significant signs of decay.
