I’m a licensed master and certified boating instructor that travels to train owners on their vessel, private and US military. I recently bought a FLIR unit and was helped by Vince and Scott. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond. The thing that I liked most about shopping at Johnson Hicks was that it was super easy to talk to real people and I always received a same day response to my emails. They also had what I wanted in stock and shipped it the next day, then provided tracking info.
Very helpful staff found me a backup autopilot when the model I was looking for was unavailable everywhere I looked.
