We were very pleased with our experience with Dillon from Johnson Heating and Cooling! Our furnace quit working the Sunday before Thanksgiving. I called and within minutes Dillon returned my call and was out the next day. He was able to source the parts for our 20+ year old furnace; ultimately we opted to replace and he was able to give us a cost effective replacement and have it installed by Wednesday. Gave us the straight facts and recommendations for what works best for our situation without trying to upsell. These guys are lifesavers. My furnace broke in the middle of winter. Called them and they came out the next day. Installed new and more efficient furnace. One cold night and they came to the rescue. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
Johnson Heating & Cooling LLC was very helpful. I called him in the late hours and explained to him my issue with my garage heater. Even though it was at 7pm he still answered my phone call and help me resolve my issue over the phone. He has my future business going forward!
