When we had trouble with our new furnace at first they were good at coming but when the warranty wears off they stop coming. When you call the office number and cell numbers no one answers, and if leave a message no one will call you back. And the last few times they keep giving us excuses what they felt was wrong with our NEW furnace. We paid $$$$$ for something that won't even work and we are both diabetics so need heat in winter.
