I love the products. I enjoy working on them. They have everything a person could ever want in fitness equipment.
Need Better customer service (or even any). Not only was the treadmill I wanted not in stock they had no information on when it would be and an utter lack of enthusiasm for customer service, especially prompt delivery and setup ($169 is very pricey -- twice what Amazon charges). Why pay Johnson's prices with such poor service? They did NOTHING to make me want to spend a penny with them.
When you go to your local Planet Fitness and see the word Matrix you can think of me
Customer service is poor. They do not return your calls. I have the same problem every couple of months and I get the same kind of response. The problem gets fixed but it doesn't stay fixed. I have asked for my money back but so far I haven't gotten it. s.n
Love working in such a positive environment with great people!
