BE WARE!!!! After two months and 3 visits from the repair men, JHT is now asking me to use my treadmill and video tape it abruptly stopping while in use. This is so dangerous, I can’t imagine their legal department has even a clue that they are requiring this. The technicians they bring in have also said that my unit needs to be replaced, so I don’t understand why the couldn’t ask them for verification. Worst of all, they refuse to answer/return calls, emails, etc.

Johnson/Horizon Fitness has multiple complaints on the Better Business Bureau and terrible reviews on Google and elsewhere. Be warned. I bought a Peak Trainer HT5.0 elliptical machine from Horizon Fitness/Johnson Health Tech in May 2020, used it for about two weeks after delivery and then left town until November 2020 for COVID-related reasons. they are the worst follow up from any company I have ever encountered. My horizon fitness treadmill broke in a month and no one and i mean no one is coming to replace it. They never welded it properly and it snapped. It needs a treadmill replacement and you can’t get a hold of anyone. If you call, they hang up and say they don’t have the staff( don’t sell the unit if you can’t provide the service), instant message and it’s not their service and back 15 day BUSINESS DAY follow… See more

Customer service with this company is next to nothing. It’s impossible to contact somebody on the landline and it’s taking them up to two weeks plus to respond to emails. Their customer service will leave you so mad you will never buy from them again I promise you that

Terrible Customer Service. Good luck trying to get a part at a reasonable price. And, if you happen to live in the city where the parts ship from forget about picking them up. Instead they will charge you over inflated shipping rates for it to head a mile down the road. Then an apathetic CSR will rudely remind you that you aren't calling a retail shop. I'm done with them and advise you to look elsewhere for your next piece of equipment as well.

Does anybody even work here? I`ve tried every email address on their website and they are all undeliverable. The operator keeps sending me to a mailbox that never follows up. I ordered parts a month ago and have had no response. Stay away!
