My wife had an extremely aggressive cancer. Dr. Johnson and his staff were so caring, knowledgable, helpful, kind, considerate, etc. We spent a lot of time in his office and were treated like family.
Dr. Johnson is very knowledgeable patient and I am very comfortable with him. He treated my cancer aggressively and I am now cancer free!
Harold Johnson is an Oncologist who does everything by the book. He will do nothing outside the box. If I would have stayed with him as my oncologist I would be dead by now. He was late on some scans after a major surgery (he had 3 to 6 months to order a scan, he did the scan at 5 months and only after I felt pressure under my ribs). The scan revealed a tumor the size of a orange in my liver. He said I had 18 to 24 months to live. At that point I fired him and went to the Huntsman Cancer Center.
He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind. He attended outstanding schools, Duke, Mayo and U of U. He was available to me when I needed help. I am 10 years out of my cancer and still feel he is my best doctor. HIs office staff is outstanding. I cant say enough about this doctor.
Newly diagnosed cancer. Dr. Johnson was very warm, helpful and professional in explaining my particular cancer and the results of my procedures and setting me up with chemotherapy. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs oncology service.
I had a really bad reaction to my first Chemo treatment and had to be hospitalized for quite some time afterwards but Dr. Johnson was there every morning to check on me to make sure I was being taken care of. He then adjusted my Chemo meds and as soon as I was able to start them again, kept a close eye on me. I did good from there on out other than an E.R. visit after each dose due to my white count issues. He is a great Oncologist and I have over 2 years now with no sign of Cancer!!
