Returned my new GMC Terrain to the Johnson GMC Cadillac dealership because of an observed leak of transmission fluid. They understood and concurred with my observation, explained what might be the cause, and I picked up my repaired vehicle several days later. I am completely satisfied with the repair made, and will continue to use Johnson as my GM dealership of choice!

Had a vehicle picked out and ready to buy and made an appointment for the next morning to purchase it. I drove 82 miles for this vehicle just to be told it was sold.No courtesy call so I didn't have to waste my time driving three hours round trip.Salesman didn't bother to ask me for a deposit the night before.This was five minuets before closing time.So within that five minuets someone else bought the car.
