Extremely poor customer service. We live in Arlington and decided to have the windshield replaced. We grew up in Yakima and thought we would get good service. Boy were we wrong. Putting glass in went well. Upon returning home it rained that night. Next morning the windshield had leaked. We returned to Yakima to have it repaired. Upon picking it up we found out they had originally not even replaced the seal. The vehicle was made in 1997. On top of that to fix the problem they glued the new windshield to the vehicle.
