Sean is the man. I would definitely go through them again when I’m ready to get an upgrade or something else down the line. Sean was very knowledgeable about all the equipment and helped me make the right choice in a treadmill. Time to get running

Huge shout out to the store manager Cedric as well as the store assistant Sean. They were both incredibly helpful from the minute I picked up the phone to call them to my visit in store for a demo as well as the entire purchase , delivery and installation services. Everything was top notch every step of the way. Highly recommend visiting this location for any treadmill needs!!

I bought a Horizon 7.0AE Elliptical from the Lewisville location on March 12, 2026. The salesman was helpful. The issue wasn't with him. The issue is with Johnson Fitness and the vendor they contract with to do the repairs. Within 3 weeks of the elliptical being delivered and set up by Johnson, it began to make noises and I barely used it. It has gotten significantly worse where the noise has gotten quite a bit louder, the right handle is loose and the pedals aren't rotating smoothly.
